Dr. Iqra Mubashar is serving as the General Secretary of the Human Rights Protection Foundation Pakistan, where she plays an important role in strengthening the Foundation’s organizational structure, administrative coordination, and human rights initiatives.
Work and contribution
With a strong commitment to social welfare and the protection of human dignity, Dr. Iqra Mubashar actively contributes to the Foundation’s efforts for the rights and welfare of vulnerable, marginalized, and oppressed communities. Her responsibilities include coordinating organizational affairs, supporting the implementation of HRPF programs and policies, maintaining effective communication among organizational departments, and facilitating coordination with relevant stakeholders.
As General Secretary, she works closely with the Chairman and other members of the Foundation to advance HRPF’s objectives, particularly in the areas of human rights protection, institutional transparency, accountability, public welfare, access to justice, and support for vulnerable citizens.
