HRPF raised a complaint about a dangerous roadside electricity pole, after which GEPCO staff replaced the pole.
The challenge
An electricity pole beside the road presented a reported public-safety concern.
Our approach
HRPF brought the concern to GEPCO so that the responsible operations team could take corrective action.

- Seek corrective action on a roadside electrical hazard.

- Forwarded a public-safety complaint to GEPCO.
Results and lasting change
- GEPCO operations staff replaced the pole in response to the complaint.
